How Space Con handles personal data when you visit the website and contact us.

Last updated: September 18, 2026

1. Data controller

Space Con, CVR 45887871, C/O Nico Sandvang Prang, Månevej 38, 6800 Varde, is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website.

2. What data do we process?

When you visit the website, the web server processes your IP address and technical information about your browser in order to deliver the pages. The server also records technical information such as the IP address, the time and the page requested in its log files.

When you write to us through the contact form, we process the information you provide yourself: your name, your e-mail address, what your enquiry is about, your message if you write one, and the language you wrote in.

When you write to us by e-mail, we process the information your e-mail contains.

We do not collect data about you from other sources.

We use the information in your enquiry to answer it and for the dialogue that follows. Where the enquiry concerns a possible collaboration, the legal basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps before entering into an agreement, cf. Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation. Otherwise the legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer the enquiries we receive, cf. Article 6(1)(f).

We use the technical information to run the website securely and to protect the contact form against spam and abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and working website, cf. Article 6(1)(f).

4. How long do we keep the data?

We keep your enquiry for 12 months after our last contact with you and then delete it. If the enquiry leads to a collaboration, we keep the data for as long as the collaboration lasts, and after that for as long as the law, such as the Danish Bookkeeping Act, requires.

Technical information in the server’s log files is kept only for as long as operation and security require.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to others for marketing. We use the following processors, who process the data only on our instructions:

  • IONOS SE runs the server the website runs on and our Nextcloud, where enquiries from the contact form are stored. The servers are in Berlin, Germany.
  • Mailgun Technologies, Inc. sends the receipt you get after writing to us through the contact form. Mailgun processes your name and e-mail address in its EU region.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. protects the contact form against spam with its Turnstile service. Turnstile loads only when you start filling in the form, and processes technical information such as your IP address and details of your browser to tell people from automated programs.

Mailgun and Cloudflare are US companies, so data may be transferred to the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected, to have the data deleted, to have the processing restricted, and to receive your data in a common format. You also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, dt@datatilsynet.dk (opens in a new tab).

8. Cookies

The website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not fetch them from anyone else.

Your browser stores two choices locally so the site remembers them: whether you picked the light or dark theme yourself, and whether you closed a notice on the page. These choices do not leave your device, and you can delete them by clearing your browser’s data for the website.

9. Contact

If you want to exercise your rights or have questions about this policy, you can write to info@spacecon.dk (opens in a new tab).
